Exercise is integral to looking and feeling your best. When we work together I will personalize your exercise program to help you reach your health and fitness goals and to best accommodate your schedule, whether that’s 20 minutes a day or an hour.

Nutrition is the most important aspect of being the healthiest version of yourself. Whether you are trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or prevent disease, it all comes back to your dietary habits. My coaching will give you the tools to eat right the rest of your life.

Enjoy life!

Exercise and Nutrition are meant to enhance your life, not rule it. It’s all about learning how to balance it and learn what works for you. You can still have a slice of pizza and be “healthy” and you do not have to spend hours in the gym.

About Me

My name is Shannon McMillan and I grew up and lived in St. Louis, Missouri for almost 30 years before moving to Houston, Texas. I started dancing at the age of 3 and continued through my late 20’s. I was on my high school and college dance team and always needed to remain fit for those challenging 2 minute routines! I started lifting weights in high school and decided to make it my career when I entered Indiana University. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and personal training certification and started work as a personal trainer right out of college. Back in 2012 I decided to try my hand at my first bodybuilding figure competition. I really began to take my exercise and nutrition seriously at that point and that’s when everything changed for me. Up until then, I was an average trainer and didn’t know that much about nutrition. I started competing in more fitness competitions and started learning more about how nutrition affects the body. My passion grew and I obtained my Master’s in Nutrition in 2017. Over the next few years, I will be going back to school again to finish out my coursework to become a future RD.

Outside of the fitness and nutrition world, I still love to dance whenever I hear music, I love to try new restaurants, drink coffee and wine, eat chocolate, and hang out with my amazing husband and 3 dogs!
